Rick Davis, President

Rick is the president and founder of Attentive Home Care. He has over 25 years in the health care industry and manages the marketing and sales out of the Corporate offices in Orange, California. Rick prides himself in customer service and providing the best health care and retirement plans for his employees in the Industry. Rick sits on the Board of Directors for Orange County's South County Seniors.

Laiza Davis, Operations Director

Laiza manages day to day operations and payroll responsibilities for the 300+ caregivers out of the Orange County and San Diego County offices. She is an authority on Health Care and Medical issues. Laiza is the wife of Company president Rick Davis.

Larry Davis, Chief Financial Officer

Larry is the CFO and Co-Founder of Attentive Home Care. Larry manages the Accounts Receivable department and has spent the last 40 years managing various businesses in multiple industries. Larry is the father of Rick Davis.

Ben Macarol, Controller

Ben is the company controller and auditor. Ben is a CPA with over 40 years of experience. Ben is the father of Laiza Davis and father in law or Rick.

Lori Davis, Customer Service & Quality Control Manager

Lori is the newest member of the Attentive Home Care Family and the sister of Rick Davis. Lori brings a new aspect of customer service and quality control to the organization, managing high risk accounts and ensuring the best possible care for your loved ones.
