| National Senior Health & Fitness Day |
It’s only two weeks until the National Senior Health & Fitness Day. On May 30, more than 100,000 older adults will take part in fun physical activities in more than 1,000 locations around the U.S. It is the nation’s largest older adult health promotion event, according to fitnessday.com. As a home care supporter we feel that this is a day worthwhile for everyone.
